Shipping information
All Oceanica Watches will be shipped within two-three business days of final sale. The watches are currently shipping throughout the USA by usps which takes 3-5 days. as of january 2021 we are shipping via ups for international orders which takes 2-8 days guaranteed. I am not responsible for VAT or TAXES from your country/customs.
RETURNS
All sales are final and returns are not accepted due to the fact we only produce small limited edition runs of watches. If the watch fits under the below criteria, a refund will and return will be accepted.
1. They are not functioning Mechanically correct
2. BUYER MUST COVER Return shipping unless the watch was received broken or is malfunctioning.
3. All sales are final
4. Oceanica produces limited edition runs of watches , please make sure you like the watch before purchasing.
5. Watch must not be worn or return will not be accepted.
6. RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 days of receiving the watch
Oceanica 1 Year Warranty
We offer a one year international warranty on Mechanical Components of your Oceanica Timepiece, due to natural wear - Not damage inflicted by damaging your own watch such as dropping it or swimming or submerging the watch underwater without the crown properly sealed.
As long as :
1. The watch was purchased from our retail site or authorized dealer.
2. The damage or malfunction is the result, in our sole opinion, of a defect in material or workmanship and not the result of an accident or owner negligence.
3. The International Warranty Card included with your watch at the time of purchase is submitted with the watch when presented for a warranty claim.
4. Shipping costs incurred in the process of presenting the watch for a warranty claim (including but not limited to postage, insurance and packing materials) are the watch owner’s responsibility.
A few examples of issues that are not considered defects in material or workmanship include: Normal signs of wear such as scratches on the case, crystal, bezel or bracelet; discoloration or signs of wear on leather or nylon straps; water intrusion that results from a failure to secure the screw-down crown or caseback.
Expired warranty repairs will be subject to a reasonable service charge.
